Every AI action — Solve, Translate, Explain and audio narration — costs a few credits. Each plan includes a credit allowance for every 30-day cycle, and you can see the cost of each action in the app.

No. Your monthly allowance resets each cycle and any unused balance from it expires — it doesn't carry over to the next month.

Yes. Credits from a pack are valid for 30 days from the day your payment is approved. Credits that expire soonest are always used first.

All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) and are tax-inclusive. Plans are billed monthly.

Choose a plan or add-on in the app and send a payment request with your WhatsApp number. We contact you on WhatsApp with the CliQ details, you pay and send us the proof, and once we confirm it we upgrade your account and email you a receipt. There's no card on file, and nothing is ever charged automatically.

Yes. Credit packs can be refunded within 14 days, and plans and storage add-ons within 3 days, as long as you've used no more than 10%. Approved refunds are for the full amount and are paid back via CliQ, usually within 7 working days. Request one from Billing history in the app. Requests outside these limits may be considered at our discretion, but aren't guaranteed.

No. We never charge you automatically. Each plan lasts 30 days. To continue, send a new payment request. If you don't renew, you keep full access for a 7-day grace period, then move to the Free plan.

You keep your plan until the end of the current 30-day period, then move to the Free plan. Your remaining credits stay usable until they expire. Cancelling on its own doesn't trigger a refund. See the refund question above.
